ZeeroBills provides healthcare billing software, appointment tools, digital records management and referral services. ZeeroBills does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice. Medical responsibility lies solely with registered healthcare providers.

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect patient privacy and data confidentiality

1.4 Account Usage

You are responsible for all activities under your account. ZeeroBills shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

1.5 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to breach platform security
• Uploading malicious software
• Providing false information
• Using the Platform for fraud or illegal purposes
• Copying or reverse engineering the system

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos and interfaces are the exclusive property of ZeeroBills. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

1.7 Referrals & Revenue Sharing

ZeeroBills may connect patients with partner clinics. Clinics may be required to share an agreed percentage for successful referrals. ZeeroBills does not influence medical pricing or treatment decisions.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

ZeeroBills shall not be responsible for medical outcomes, service quality provided by clinics, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

1.9 Termination of Access

ZeeroBills reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violations, misuse or unlawful activity.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
